You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@quizvesta.com.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) upload malicious code; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute quiz content without permission; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All quizzes, questions, branding, designs and software on the Service are owned by QuizVesta or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

Certain quizzes may require payment to access. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that quiz content is free of errors or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizVesta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
